They serve halal, but they also serve alcohol and I didn't realise that until we arrived, there was a male waiter and he came to take our order pretty much straight away, we said to allow us more time and he practically said "hurry up because the kitchen closes at 9:30" ( I think they close at 10pm) but they still allowed customers in after that time plus we didn't leave the restaurant until around 10:30, so that confused us. The food is tasty but I do feel it is a bit overpriced for what we got served, because from my local Turkish restaurant you get way more for the price you pay and tastes exactly the same, we wanted to try a different place therefore went to Turknazz. The decor is lovely and the way the food is prestended to us looked really posh. We was still waiting on our drink (not the water on the picture) when we was mid way finishing our main, and staff really don't come and check up on you at all, unless you call them over and again that can be difficult, the hummus was nice. Overall decent place, just feel that the staff need to be a little bit more attentive.

My friend and I had wanted to come and try the food here for quite some time. I was very pleased and happy with our whole experience at the restaurant. From the moment we entered we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who seated us, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, it's nice and spacious, the tables aren't all crammed next to each other, the place was so welcoming and warm. We were helped by the waitress when ordering our food. We were given complimentary warm freshly baked Turkish bread, with olives and two dips, I was happily surprised by this! Our dishes came out and were absolutely delicious! The waitresses were very attentive and politely asked if we needed anything and if we were happy with our meals. After our main meal we even received complimentary Turkish tea and Turkish delights! I thoroughly recommend this beautiful restaurant, you won't be disappointed.

Caught up with the midlands based drivers. The service was friendly efficient and speedy, restaurant was half full but waiting staff were buzzing around. Bread and dips arrived almost immediately, followed very shortly by our first round of drinks. Starters quickly arrived cooked to perfection. I had the chicken wings which cane with a hot dip of their own which had a real kick... loved it. For main i ordered Chicken Shish which was succulent and full of flavour. The bulgur option i opted for was delicious. It seemed a little pricier than the average but well worth it. The other guys ordered Adana kebabs kofte kebab and lamb shish, some opted for rice others for bread. The only critique? Maybe possiblh opt for better quality fries/chips as comparable to th rest of the high quality food, they stuck out as slightly out of place. Enjoy... we did

I don't like to complain, but something happened here that hasnt happened to me in 12 years that i have been vegetarian and i cannot ignore it. I ordered the vegetarian Mousakka, and i was given a meat one which the waiter had told me was the veg one when he put it down. After a bite i realised instantly it was meat. I'm really traumatised by this. They are lucky that it isn't an allergy case on their hands. They didn't seem to understand the severity of the situation until my boyfriend who has been a chef for 15 years had to explain it to them quite angrily. I was offered a desert or drinks but my appetite was completely gone due to feeling sick. It made the table awkward then as it was a 30th birthday meal we were at and i feel that it ruined the atmosphere. It was the man waiter in the white shirt that made the mistake that should never happen in a restaurant. A mistake like this in future could kill somebody with an allergy. I'm writing this so that if you are vegetarian or have an allergy, you can consider not going to this restaurant after what...

My friend and me had an awful experience here. We arranged to meet at Nando's. but my friend walked past this place and looked at the menu and was beckoned on by the manageress. So he persuaded me too to give it a try. However, little did we know what we were in for! The manageress was inflexible with the menu options and insisted on bringing the starters and mains together. This included items we had not ordered and the kebab meat was cold. The restaurant only had ourselves and one other party so you would expect good service. We certainly did not appreciate the food all coming together instead of starters followed by mains. The rice was cold too. We brought our points up with the manager to give constructive feedback, however this did not go down well as she became very defensive. Given we had hardly touched the food and appealed it was unacceptable, she insisted we paid the full price, which we did to make a shape exit. Sadly, this establishment that is fairly new has a very long way to go and I cannot seeing it lasting for...
