Had a craving for an Orea Milkshake on the evening, after a nice day of sunshine.

Went to one establishment on Stratty Road, orea milkshake was like water or a glass of milk had been poured into the cup. I got my refund and felt deflated, I was like just wanna a milkshake like they use to do 10-15 years ago, not too fancy but a THICK milkshake.

So passed this place, explained to the gentleman on counter what I would like and its been a long time since I had a shake.

He said, "We will make, you try it, you dont like it, you won't pay"

Done deal.

Beautiful, cold, thick, and with little oreo bits in milkshake. Loved it. I likes how it slowly softened while driving back home 15mins journey and by the time I was sat on sofa, I forgot about my wife and indugled into my shake.

Will return again, but once in blue...

30 minute wait in store for 1 takeaway milkshake and a hot chocolate? With 5 other customers in store? Probably better of heading to heavenly desserts that just opened up down the road….. or maybe they were making the ice cream from scratch hence the wait? Who knows ….

It was not a 10 minute wait, your response shows just how unprofessional and uninterested you are in your customers. No need to tell me to visit other establishments , that’s precisely what I said i was planning on doing. If you also think the quality of your milkshakes is on par with McDonald’s but 3-4 times the price then I think you have a serious problem.

It would be great if you could serve your customers in a timely manner rather than responding to google reviews in 4 minutes -...

Overall was good. I had the 'nuts about you' waffle and the cooked waffle itself was really nice, fluffy on inside , crunchy outside, with nutty chocolatey toppings. Was a big plateful which was a good size for an individual, or easy enough to share as waffles cut into quarter segments. I was however a little disappointed with pistachio ice cream on the side. Also I'm a big fan of cheesecakes and although it looked really nice and tasted okay, I was a bit underwhelmed with the Oreo cheesecake. Others in our group had the bannofee waffle, snickers milkshake, hot chocolate and a chocolate Doughnut which they really enjoyed. Bit of a mixed bag with what we chose. I liked the decor inside which like an American diner style , with bright neon...
