I used to visit this pub at least once or twice a month to catch catch up with family and friends and regulars that have now become amazing friends. I then become great friends with Liam and have friends who are bar staff. One day I saw them rushed off there feet and saw the amazing jobs they was still doing so jumped in and helped. I now do my best to try to support and help as much as possible and my face is there daily. Every staff member is now a good friend and lovely genuine people. An I’m over the moon about the new recent changes and the cafe opening. Proud of you all and the Cafe and food is amazing. Keep going I will support and help as much as possible. Went there on a Friday early evening with my other half. Use to go there many years ago together. Has changed an awful lot. It has a pool table and other machines for the children to play on. Even in the lounge the floor is bare, no carpet. Yes it sounds rough but all the staff and the customers make you feel very welcome. Popped in today on an off chance, had a pleasant experience. Managed to get talking to the manager Ash who made me feel extremely welcome especially with me being on my own and the barmaid Charlie was extremely friendly and lovely to chat too.
