Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Mid Suffolk

I sat there with my family, enjoying my gingerbread latte, the very beautiful ladies behind the counter working hard but with a smile for each customer as they knuckle past with their coffee . We watched the great and the good of St.Owmarket pass by , festivities on their mind , hunting for that ideal present for a loved one . I watch people sit and enjoy their hot beverage, maybe a nice cake or bun too , discussing the niceties of life as they prepare to dive into the shops to buy that gift for an aunt that will regift it in a month's time . Sadly no wildebeest seen this visit as they are still on migration in Wisbech. Happy clean sexy staff , clean eating areas and an oasis of serenity in these troubled...

My elderly parents visit this Costa in Stowmarket at least once a week and the staff are incredible! My father recently forgot to put his disabled sticker in his car and has difficulty walking, so one of the staff offered to go to the car and do it for him. They always make sure they have what they need and sign them in to keep them safe as they don't have a smartphone. I live in Australia and I am so grateful to the wonderful staff there as they really make my parents feel special. Thank you so much for your care...

It used to look good but now shares the same black tiles as a public toilet... Not all the staff are fully awake... Outside seating seems to be almost exclusively for smokers with an ashtray on every table. .. The coffee can be hit and miss with temperature and some staff like to load half a cup of syrup into each latte ..... *sigh.. Sometimes though, you can get a good coffee,, and if you sit outside on a Sunday before 9am you might even be able to enjoy a coffee in the sun with no smokers bellowing out clouds...
