We decided to stop in to Yaprak without booking and got a friendly welcome for our first visit. It was a busy Saturday night but we were able to choose a table for 4 by the open windows at the front of the restaurant, whilst the back of it was buzzing with people enjoying their drinks and meals. You can also see the chefs at work too! It was Mustafa (the boss!) who waited on us and was incredible friendly and chatty - making us feel right at home. The decor inside the restaurant is incredibly smart and really makes it feel like an evening out. We decided to start with two different halloumi dishes, one with Turkish sausage and another with mushrooms which arrived on our table quickly! Very delicious and set the evening up for a win. For mains, the mixed grill and meat moussaka were a big hit as well as the Ali Nazik (charcoal grilled Smokey flavoured aubergine purée with yoghurt and garlic and lamb Adana on top) and the chicken shish! We were incredibly full by the end of our meals and decided not to order dessert but Mustafa didn’t let us leave without trying some Turkish baklava which was incredible. The 4 of us really recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back to try more of the extensive menu and the cocktails! Thank you Yaprak for a lovely end to our Saturday!

We visited on a Tuesday lunchtime for the bottomless cocktails and lunch menu and were surprised how busy the restaurant was! The decor is gorgeous and the service was friendly and welcoming. I don't eat meat and our vegetarian starters were delicious! A particular shout out for the mushroom and halloumi dish 😋 Next up, the sea bass was perfect, though the accompanying chips a bit below par... perhaps I should've asked for rice. Certainly the bulgar wheat my friend had as their side was wonderful! The cocktails were great, with a decent selection available on our bottomless menu. Perhaps down to the packed restaurant, our drinks were taking a while to arrive and as you rightly can't order your next until you finish your last, this made for some short delays... and caused us to reach the end of our 90 inclusive minutes a little prematurely. All in all though, a great experience and one I would repeat. Other menus are available, including a two-course lunch without drinks, if you're not up for the bottomless option. One note: a service charge is added to advertised costs, so be aware the total price is a little higher than the headline.

I don't really like to comment negative reviews, but I was so disappointed today. I came today with my family two children and younger sister, and we decided we would get the platter, we waited over an hour for the platter to come to us, I do understand a lot of meat was being prepared but not once did any staff come and speak to us depite 5/6 waiters hanging around , or told us about the waiting time. The food was lovely shame we have to wait this long (even at effes when I order the whole patter doesn't that this long ) bearing in mind onto once we had an apology for the delay or anyone coming and speaking to us. We was given the bill and no dessert was offered. Absolutely disappointed. The deco is lovely and i love the entrance to the toilet. But a kind suggestion it's so unprofessional waiters just hanging around and talking and looking in the mirror for their reflection constantly and not seeing if customers are ok. Also so much rubbish and dust under the tables. We arrived at 12.20 so literally just after they opened, this shows it wasn't cleaned and the plate were already laid out and had dust on them
