Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

The staff are very friendly, but boy are they unprofessional. Be prepared to wait a long time, for everything. I've had an off duty staff member queue jump and order a large order of hot chocolates and cakes for which they didn't pay for, resulting in me having to queue for even longer. They often leave chairs on tables which makes you feel unwelcome (being a regular, I know this is because they can't be bothered to clean that area). It's here or Subway at the hospital, so you're kind of stuck for choice, we will go back, buts it not because we want to. Oh yeah, if any of the staff are reading this, the large lamp in the corner has several cm of dust around it... Maybe a wipe and a thorough mop would be an idea (especially considering this is the area where the chairs seem to live on...

Costa's at Milton Keynes University hospital is a great place to take a refreshment and food break in the busy out patients area of the hospital. A nice place to get away from the hospital routines of patients coming and going to various departments within the hospital. Costa's staff are friendly and the coffees and teas are a welcome to those who want a rest or are waiting for their appointments. During the weekdays it gets at times very busy, but after 5pm it tends to get a quieter feel until 8pm when Costa's closes for the day. They sell food such as sandwiches and cakes and bottles of soft drinks. They sell toasted sandwiches too that can be heated for you to enjoy. It can get busy in the mornings and around lunchtime with queues ordering and waiting for drinks...

Worst visited place to get coffee. I was working in coffee shop before and I was always telling to my new colegues- how hard is it to make coffee. Apparently this shop prowed I was wrong. Always ques, even that more then 4 people on the floor. It looks like they all are here to do something, but serving coffee. ordered late with soya milk. I got like Americano with soya milk. Big bubbles of milk. Worst thing about his place, that you can't chose other shop since it nothing around. So I would say you are forced to use this service. I saw manager of the shop was on the floor. So question would be: what a f.....k you doing there? No service speed, no quality of drinks. Hopefully will never have to come back to this place.
