Favorite Chicken & Ribs Netherfield — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

AVOID!! Came here with my partner a few days ago and i have got to say it's been the worst experience I've ever had with any takeaway. I ordered a chicken wrap meal didn't check it or anything just brought it home the chicken wrap had refried chicken! To the point the chicken had shrunk from the inside of the batter and was rock solid with soggy lettuce the chips tasted dry and to be honest like they had been sat there for days and reheated and the coleslaw was full of rotten onions! My partner had a ribs and chicken meal also nasty reheated chips chewy ribs which were rubbery and gravy that wasn't even got for human consumption it was thick enough to choke someone! I ended up being very ill as a result and wouldn't feed this "food" to a dog! Absolutely vile and there hygiene is non existent along with their rubbish and frankly rude customer service! spent £40 on 3 rib combo meals and some drinks, first of all when it arrived only two meals, even though if youd have read clearly it was 2 x combo meals on 1 line then 1 x combo on another, so clearly didnt read, secondly, the ribs, and im not over exaggerating, where so tough. literally Un-edible, 3 of us, with complete different tastes etc, could not even try and eat them, they where harder than grandads old leather boots. honestly have no clue why the place even has a medium rating!? also, the phone number, just goes to a voicemail full, so couldnt even call to complain or request a refund... i dont usually write reviews, but literally the ribs where rock hard ( The meat) on the bone, you could not even bite into it was so...

Me and my partner recently moved up from Essex and in Essex there was an amazing favourite which obviously led us to this awful place, ordered a Rappa meal for me to be told the choice of the 2 sauces didn't exist and that I had to have the salsa okay moved on, my partner ordered a double ringer meal (spoiler alert we got charged for a double but only got the single) chips were soggy and freezing cold and to say the rap was a disappointment would be the understatement of the year.
