Asked for 2x chicken BBQ wraps. Was told they dont have it. I said all other subways I have been to they have served me the new wraps. I went to a garage subway the other day and the staff got a book out of new products and made what I asked for. No ont this one! So i asked if i could have the previous wraps that were out. The first girl said yes. So I asked for 2 Turkey and bacon ones. And the other staff member said we cant do that. I asked why and was given no reply. I asked if I could just make my own one. I was told no they couldn't do that. So I will be calling the head office today.
The two members of staff, one was called Katie . This was on 11/07/19 at 11.25. Absolutely disgusted. I'm a regular customer of Subway. I use Subways all over the UK where my job takes me as its convenient and healthy.

Feel that based on what I order and pay for paying more than i need too, staff don't really understand customer request, to focus on menu and knowing when customer wants something different, to be able to provide value for money and service.
