VERY POOR SERVICE POOR FOOD WHICH LOOKED AND TASTED DAYS OLD STAFF LACKED MANNERS HOWEVER THEY CERTAINLY DONT LACK ATTITUDE ESP MRS BLACK HAT WHO MADE ME FEEL LIKE A PROPER INCONVENIENCE FOR INTERUPTING HER CHAT TIME AT A TIME I LEAST NEEDED ATTITUDE SO THANKS FOR THAT ( NOT) WOULDNT EVER RETURN GIVEN CHOICE BUT SADLY HAD NO OPTION FOR OVER A WEEK AND EACH TIME FOOD LOOKED OLD DRY AND UN APPETISING KEBABS DRY AS A BONE CHICKEN BURNT AND SHRIVELED BEANS FULL OF WATER SWEET AND SOUR MISSING PIES DRIED TO A CRISP CHIPS STONE COLD ROAST HIGHLY LACKING IN LOTS OF WAYS PASTA NEEDS BINNING PROPER HATED EVERY MEAL I HAD OVER MY 10 DAY NIGHTMARE AND PRICES VARY DEPENDING ON WHO SERVES THATS IF YOU CAN FIND ANYONE BOTHERED ENOUGH TO TAKE MONEY AT TILL ALL IN ALL NOT A NICE PLACE TO BE OR TO EAT IN EVEN IF YOU CAN STOMACHE THE RUBBISH SERVED UP AND THROWN AT YOU OH AND SAUSAGES NEEDED TO BE CONDEMMED DRY TASTELESS AND SHRIVELED DUE TO HEAT OF LIGHTING AND A FAILURE TO COVER PROPERLY I CAN GO ON AND ON BUT ENOUGH SAID I THINK JUST AVOID AVOID...

Myself and my daughter used the restaurant for the first time the place was really clean beautifully set out and the food and food choices were excellent. The reason why I have given 1 star is because of one member of staff who spoilt my whole experience. We visited the restaurant on Saturday 23rd December 2023 at 11am the lady who served me at the payment counter was very rude didn't answer anything I asked her and made no eye contact with me she made it clear she didn't like asians.
