Such bad service last night even tho I appreciate it was New Year’s Day and they would have been busy

Order was placed at 21.48 And said half an hour until it would be delivered

It is a difficult address however I did write driver instructions in the notes and they have delivered here before.

I called back to chase the order at

22.36 22.48 22.59

Half an hour waiting outside in the freezing cold after being told they had already come, however no cars had been seen pulling up (we were watching out) and the dog had not barked. If we had received our pizzas they would have been freezing cold. They supposedly close at 11 and I received two missed calls at 11.12 And 11.25 two hours after the order was originally placed we had already made other arrangements abd through they were not coming. I will be calling back today ether for a refund or replacement pizza.

Slow. waited over an hour for my order and when I rang him I said I was just following up an order and he says my whole adress straight away I mean what happened to privacy and when I said to him that it was my order and I wasnt happy as it's taken an hour at that point "yea yea give me five minutes" 20 minutes later it turns up after going to the wrong house when I got the food it was ok but the crust was really wide in places I could see that my food had been rushed and then they got my order wrong and didn't put one topping I ordered on there I think I'll stick to the Buckingham store wouldn't recommend I have only had bad service from the stony Stratford store first time I went in like 3 months ago all members of staff were on phones and looked really...

I took my 9 year old daughter to buy a pizza for her dinner this evening. We entered the shop, we stood and waited……. and waited……… and waited…….

Eventually someone came to the counter. I asked politely for a small pepperoni pizza to which he replied. “You can’t have one. You can only order online and have it delivered” seems pretty pointless as we are only a few minutes walk away.

Imagine going into a pizza shop and being refused to buy pizza! Why would you have the door open for people to come in, to tell them you can’t serve them.

We went to Papa John’s instead 🤷🏼‍♀️

One star is too generous considering we didn’t...
