Domino's Pizza - Lymington — Restaurant in New Forest

They should have their franchise taken away as the service is so poor. We ordered 2 pizzas a few weeks ago and the app told us they were on their way. 2 hrs later the app said they had been delivered but no pizza. Tried calling and there was no answer. Received a refund the next day with no apology. We thought we would try one last time to see if they would redeem themselves so ordered pizzas last night to be told that there would be a very long wait as we were 3 miles from their store. I then explained what happened previously and wanted to know if they would actually deliver and was told by a very rude and stroppy staff member that it would be unlikely. Unbelievably poor service from a national chain. They should learn from the smaller local outfits how to treat their customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR SATURDAY NIGHT WAITING FOR PIZZA THAT PROBABLY WONT...

We have regularly ordered and usually good though last one wasn't great. Today gave them another go and my son inadvertently ordered bbq sauce instead of tomato. He called them and the person who eventually answered was abrupt and pretty much gave him a lecture about ordering correctly and make sure you pay attention. Then order still had bbq sauce and sides were missing. I called and was told off for not reporting sides missing even though we called straightaway and told the driver! Have been regular customers for couple of years but service and quality are no longer...

Ordered 4 pizzas 2 garlic bread for about £48. The assistant on the phone advised that choice only choice of base was either thin & crispy or italian base; no deep pan available and that Italian base was same as thin and crispy. Ordered thin and crispy. Also, no garlic bread with cheese option. Such limited choice for such a big name in the pizza world. All were very underwhelmed by the pizza, but garlic bread was good, because it was like a mini deep pan pizza. First and last Dominos pizza for this punter, with so much better...
