The worst meat/cheese platter I’ve had to date… As soon as we put our order in we were told we were going to have to wait, which we were more than happy to but for what we received we wished we walked out. Charging £30 for two for the platter received is day light robbery. Very standard meat and cheeses, nothing special to warrant a higher price. It was similar cheeses you get at an all you can eat buffet, cheap. We queried the board as soon as it came out as we thought they may have accidentally done the platter for 1 but low and behold it was the platter for 2. The lady serving said they can do a board for 3/4 people which is similar to the one on the Instagram page but no where on the menu did it advise of further options and only told us this after we received the board of disappointment. We ate the meal as we weren’t going to spend £30 and not eat it. Barely touched the sides, practically a starter for 1. When we paid she asked how everything was and we honestly advise the board is no where near the value charging. She began to get defensive and said 1 piece of meat per person, and could have been upgraded but no mention of this anywhere whatsoever on menu or advised. She said the board posted on Instagram was for 3 people but you should not advertise a platter that is not available on the menu. I have never been so disappointed and there are so many other lovely places to eat in Ringwood really frustrated we wasted our time on this establishment. The customer service was so rude, not accommodating at all, no water for the table and all round rubbish service. We were only being honest with the feedback and felt completely misled for the price...

Insignificant from the outside, but step inside and you will be treated to a taste of Italy! You know from the moment you walk through the door, that this will be a good experience! Clean, authentic, genuine Italian business with Artisan food and wines to showcase Italy’s beautiful produce. Having not eaten there before, I opted for the dish of the day which was a safe bet. A beautiful pear and pecorino ravioli. A simple, humble dish, what could go wrong? Well, absolutely nothing! In fact, all my expectations were exceeded and left me yearning for a next visit. Super little place, great atmosphere, really good food and lots of goodies to treat yourself to enjoy at home. Melt in the mouth pasta, bursting with flavour. Simple ingredients where the produce is respected and the food speaks for itself. Great for lunch, I am sure dinner is just as good and with some great quality wines, specialist collections, you can’t go...
Read moreWorst meal I've had in a very long time. I can't remember having to actually send the main course (lasagne) back anywhere before. The chips were more salty than a packet of ready salted crisps without adding any. They did replace it with a pizza that I chose. That was edible but would be as far as id go. A waiter did try to help me to be fair and was very apologetic and nice. More than I could say for his colleague who forgot drinks, cutlery and pretty much anything else we asked for. The atmosphere upstairs was not very nice. Such a shame as from driving by the outside I really thought it was appealing and often busy, but goodness why judging by that performance. It wasn't even cheap for such dull meal. On the plus side my girlfriend enjoyed her sea food dishes. I don't leave this bad review lightly but it would be very unlikely id return and told my three friends who were going to come with me...
