I order here regularly, and have to say the food is good BUT they regularly forget to add the sauce you pay 10p (price not really important) to have added to your cob. Whenever I order a cake and request custard, they put it in a really flimsy cardboard takeaway box and wrap it in cling film. This then gets completely squashed and the custard leaks out everywhere, so then you have a mess tryong to unwrap it and usually have very littlecustard left to go with the cake (which ypu also pay £1 for). When I ask them to put the custard in a separate pot, they do the same thing. It would be so much better if they put the custard in a sturdier, well sealed cup or something similar if they don't use plastic tubs/boxes. This is really the only thing that lets the down for me, as food is usually ok...

Boss man, just had a juicy breakfast. I was drawn in by the succulent sausages that were cooked to perfection! and the bacon was nice and crispy, just like my mum used to make. The beans were lovely, you really did a good job at opening the tin but it would of been nice if my friend got more than 6 beans on his cob. My black pudding (AKA the hockey puck) was beautiful so i have no complaints there. HOWEVER, listen here pal, when i went to get my nashers in to the egg, i discovered that it was basically hard boiled because the yolk was not runny in the slightest. This is not the first time this has happened, and if it happens again then i will be making my way to the Picnic Basket for a mega...

I called up last month and ordered a full breakfast tray, no tomatoes because I don't like them and I asked for crispy bacon. I don't particularly think that is asking for too much....the response from the lady on the phone was. Would I like her to eat it for me as well? I'm not sure if she was trying to be funny but it came across rude. I've only been here a few times but that hasn't helped with repeat business for me. It was also made worse because the beans were like little bullets, very poor quality and the sausages were just bad. Also the egg was cooked to solid and was very rubber in likeness.
