Starter was okay I suppose, but have had a lot better, the main masala was basically a korma with red food dye in, slow service, would not return
Service shockingly slow, sat down at 7:20 and didn't get our starters until about 40 minutes later, and then took a further 1:30 to get our main, depsite them saying would be coming out in 10 minutes. 2 hours + wait for a main was just a joke.
By time food came out, we werent hungry and lost our appetite after waiting so long, had to take it away in a takeaway box, they apologised and said "we have regulars to serve" and "we have online orders" - surely you should be changing your online order times to serve customers sat down and not prioritising one table to another ?
Begrudged paying the bill at the end for food we didnt even eat inside. Would not recommend here, you'd be best off making a journey further out at least you'd probably get...

The waiter (Dee) who served us on our first visit wasn't there this time as we wanted the dish he made us off the menu, he provided excellent service and was very friendly, we promised him we would come visit him again. This time we were served by another waiter, he recommended us something completely different not authentic at all. We asked for something spicy/ authentic but we got something we found very mild creamy. Pilau rice was cold and keema nan falling to bits. Atmosphere was dead as it was a quite evening. Read moreif you're expecting authentic indian cuisine maybe goto notts or brum or leeds most the dishes here are missing ingredients like their peshwari naan's only come with desiccated coconut no sultana's no almonds just bread and coconut if your used to dhansak with pineapple don't bother as there ain't any in it i mean if u not too fussy and want something better than bombay for £30 a person with some over cooked crispy as hell bahji's then drop by zazee's if you want proper authentic curry go Stratford road in birmingham if you want a peshwari that looks like the one in photo cuz you won't get that from zazees. that's what a proper peshwari should look like! don't think i be back after...
