What an utterly disgusting approach from the staff and owner / manager in relation to their delivery driver. The said driver not only pulled out in front of us in his 03 Reg car, causing us to brake very hard on a icy road but then continued on the road driving at very slow (33mph on a 60 mph road with a rear light out) when confronted in the Pizza Italia shop I was told to BOLLOCKS in front of the staff and owner. They openly admitted they have received previous complaints about him but continue to use him WHY? I Will never order from them again if the person delivering is a threat to the general public and the owner endorses this. Be aware customers. Orders again from them tonight one chicken kebab with salad and garlic Mayo ...also mixed kebab and salad chill sauce and Mayo and small fries ... Waited for food which the delivery lad was nice and pleasent ...took food gave him the money for food £14.30 ...when opening fries cold mixed kebab cane with three pieces of lamb that most of it was fat and no chill sauce either which just added insult even more not the first time this has happened I will not be ordering again from this shop over the last year and half its gone down hill rang them before complained and all they can say is sorry ....in this day and age its not how you treat customers ...feel totally disappointed in there service today food cold ? i've heard of build a bear never heard of build a kebab till i visited this place only kebab shop i've ever been in where they ask you what you want on you're kebab only to put it all in separate tubs of sauce meat not even in the pitta bread gotta do that yourself too so what is the point in asking what sauce u want on a kebab if you ain't gonna stick it on the kebab nor put the meat in the pitta bread so if what you require is meat in a box with a peice of pitta thrown in there with no sauce then this is the place to go for a sub standard kebab served...
