One of the worst management I have witnessed so far in my life .. same incident happened twice now with my and same incident happened with my very close friends recently as well. Order placed online through just eat etc . Collected order myself one whole meal missing realised when opened bag at home on dinner table. Called the store straightaway after listening to story the manager named Bilal appologised but didn’t accept the mistake and said I can make the missing item ready for you if you want to come back and collect again. Seriously any reasonable and sensible manager would have said I will deliver your missing order ASAP. I said I can’t come back now so he said I will write your name down and you can collect the missing item whenever may be other day. I asked for compensation if I have to come other day myself may be another meal for a dinner for me and my wife he very rudely said NO I can’t do any such compensation. I can only give what’s missing .. now I paid £21.57 for dinner for me and my wife. Pepes got the full money .. saved one meal which was missing and I have to go back to pick it up so extra fuel and time .. where is the compensation .. I am customer paid money and yet in loss.. absolutely ridiculous Regis store is .. it’s a big big shame for Pepes brand and this store and its management is absolutely ruining it .. I am not going to this store again as my friends who had similar experience .. I am sure there are plenty others who had the similar issues .. will encourage to post it here .. I hope PePes franchise take...
