I ordered the peri terrestrial burger which is meant to have peri sauce inside. Picture shows mayo was inside. I called up about this and the guy on the phone was so rude and unapologetic, he was adament there is no mayo inside and wanted me to get the burger back, as he would make another one which I would need to collect in 10 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager but he said he is in Turkey. I went back after 10 minutes to find them just battering the chicken. The guy just snatched the burger out my hand and threw it in the bin, i asked do you not need to check it, he said "no i don't need to" he admitted to putting mayo inside and said it is the correct sauce, I directed him to the menu which stated otherwise, then he admitted it was a mistake. I wasn't happy about the chicken being put in the fryer after a minute of me being there then the guy said "call the prime minister" multiple times. A man walked in from the back and the guy in front stated this is the manager. So he initially lied to me over the phone. The service was disgusting, rude and unapologetic. I in the end asked for a refund, when getting the refund another staff tried to stop this from happening even though I was dissatisfied. I will not be going back here again. It only takes the one bad experience and the fact that he continously undermined me and his manager allowed this behaviour. I just really...

Local to me and has been decent everytime I have tried it and staff have been friendly enough. Was surprised to see comments that they are rude but tbh I have not had any problems with my orders.

I prefer chicken burgers in general and like the new york one they do. I have had it a couple of times and the chicken was freshly fried and crispy and the buns they use are better than others on west road for similar price.

Their smash burgers are a little on the dry side and I only tried it once so can't really comment too much. My brother enjoyed it..

Fries are always freshly fried and the burger world spicy sauce is so nice I always get this combo lol nothing like hot crispyyy fries with the perfect sauce.

I have tried their grilled wings with the mild sauce but be warned it is not mild. It was quite spicy and I think it's because they drizzle extra sauce on top after grilling. Perhaps ask for no extra sauce. Otherwise they were nice.
