Came here with my mum who is in a wheelchair. We had to wait twenty minutes for a table , two other groups were sat down before us even though my mother and I arrived first. This was the biggest mistake we made , from this point it was just one thing after another.

We waited a further 15 minutes before someone took our order, in the meantime two other tables had their cutlery presented and had their orders taken by the staff. When our order was finally taken 15 minutes later , our food arrived shortly afterwards. At this point we were still not given cutlery, Small plates or condiments. I kindly requested cutlery, small plates and condiment's from a member of staff, an older man who looked like he was losing his teeth. We waited for the above , non of the items came, I got up and asked again , and sat down accordingly, at this stage a further 20 minutes past and neither plates, Cutlery or condiments were given to us. When I looked ahead at the staff they were staring at my and my mother's table and clearly having a conversation about us. I became extremely uncomfortable and my mother and I were forced to eat out food with our hands , I could tell the staff just wanted us to leave, and my mother could not understand why our requests were repeatedly being ignored. I could not think why apart from that my mother was in a wheelchair and that we are of British Asian background. We ordered a pizza and chips , both items were frozen and the chips were undercooked.

When it came to paying the bill I approached the till as I just wanted to leave, I could not contain my frustration at how we were treated, I proceeded to list the grievances to the same staff who ignored our request for cutlery and they actually turned around and walked away. I could not believe it, I was totally shocked.

The only reason we ate here is because of the convenience in that my mother is in a wheelchair and cannot walk, and the restaurant is closed to our home. The staff are rude and intimidating, I understand it is a cheap place to eat do you get what you pay for, but I cannot determinr whether we were served frozen food because of the qaulity, or because they wanted us to leave. It was a very upsetting experience and I will not be back there again. As a local resident, there are much nicer places in the area to eat where your money will be much...

Very embarrassing for an Italian restaurant, this shouldn't be even called Italian restaurant. Polo creme was a joke by the chef . It should be a nice chicken breast and instead I was given a chicken leg , I have told the owner that it should be a chicken breast and he laughed in my face like i don't know what I'm talking about . I'm 15 years Italian chef my friend . We ordered pizza , lasagne, potato skins , chips . Potato skins were covered in oil , very oily , chips tou get better in a takeaway. That polo creme costed £15 and I only cut small peaces of meat three times and that was it , it was a leg , half of it . That's why it took 40 minutes because chef probably run out of breasts. Lasagne tasted not home made and defrosted and reheated , no taste . You get better pizza in takeaways. This restaurant is an embarrassment to Italian kitchen . Your chef is taking a #### Service was ok , female waiters smiling, male waiters miserable face , not a single smile . After 15 years as a chef and head chef , I go around Italian restaurants around Newcastle and I review them. So far Vincenzo near Chillingham road is number one . Perfect home made , Italian food that done with love and passion by one chef . I don't want to offend you , this is my honest review. Do better ! Get a new chef , I wouldn't dare to serve food like that to my customers . First time and sorry but last time . I had to laugh when my food was split in to two 😭 I got my tiny meat, chips came 5 mins later 😅. I think zero star should be an option . Even atmosphere was bad , customers were complaining and he laughed in their faces , other customer behind us were nice people and you treated them with disrespect saying that table was a nightmare, they heard you ,...

Just been here for a meal it was absolutely delicious 😋. We were warmly greeted when we went in and shown to our table for 4 people. The atmosphere is bery relaxed. We choose 2 cheesy garlic bread to start with. Omg they were delicious mouth watering. Perfect mix of garlic and cheese. For mains we ordered 3 chicken dishes 2 Kiev and one with a blue cheese sauce and a steak . The presentation was lovely and the food itself 10/10 the chicken was cooked to perfection juicy and moisture again with the perfect amount of garlic. My husband said the steak was cooked perfectly he like medium . We wasn't rushed and didn't feel under pressure to leave once we,d finished eating .. the puddings sounded lovely but we were all to full.. I,ll definitely be revisiting in the very near future. Im summer they have tables outside and its in a little Vale garden area with a park so perfect if you want to take ...

Brilliant friendly efficient service. Got us seated outside with no prior booking on a Saturday lunchtime. Very popular with a mixed crowd from young families to people dressed up and splurging a bit. We had a lovely lunch here and very looked after. Staff wear masks and social distancing is maintained. The lunch deal on Monday-Saturday 3 courses for 5.95 is unbelievable value. Potato skins were lovely, our mains (seafood and lasagne - both in marinara sauce) were nice and ice cream rounded off nicely. Drinks were good value too. Can recommend here for a friendly and brilliant service, with a very good value lunch deal

Chairs were children outside on patio, plastic and uncomfortable this rectifyed when staff were notified by myself and friend having lunch, a very delightfull place, have been here several times and always a nice place and polite staff. A littled baffled when requesting Garlic Bread (not in the Peter Kaye way) The waitress said there may be await for this as kitchen is busy well restaurants are but a basic staple does not demand culinary genius. But whole enjoyable experience and nice park to walk off lunch

Overall this was a pleasant little restaurant. Fast and friendly service, good portions and an even better price. However there was one glaring flaw. The tables were very cramped. You get more leg room with a budget airline. For that reason, I give this restaurant 4 stars. The food was tasty, but nothing stood out too much. In short, it's an ideal place for a pleasant lunchtime meal with one or two others. Not the best for groups or food connoisseurs.
