I've walked through it about a trillion times, nigh on every pathway too I'm sure. It houses (amongst other things) the popular but arguably horrific Shoe Tree plus Heaton Victoria Bowling Green. Don't forget there are three tennis courts (now available via an online booking system only), two basketball courts and a simple outdoor gym area. All are well maintained. I live on the 18th floor of the block of flats, Vale House, featured in some of the photos. I overlook Armstrong Park and it's so picturesque. It's the beginning of Autumn as I write this and the changing colours of the trees is awesome. It's an absolute pleasure to look out of my windows.
