On 20th of November 2021 around 7.30pm we went in after a long day travelling hoping for a first class service as received by the many other Subway branches. It was anything but first class. The 2 employees weren't wearing masks or gloves while handling our food. Even though there was only the 2 of us ordering food they continued to not listen to us on what we wanted on our order.
I can understand certain stuff not being available but putting bell peppers which I'm highly allergic to is definitely not something I can understand.
Lastly I asked for 3 cookies, 1 a smartie cookie and 2 chocolate chip cookies and I was only given 2 but was charged for 3.
I never realised all thi until the last bus ride home.
Never going to this branch of Subway again, even if I was dying. Would rather...
