Ebberley Arms — Restaurant in North Devon

I went to the recent "March of the Mods" weekend on the 3rd/4th of March held at The Ebberley. I enjoyed both days immensely. There was a brilliant atmosphere and a warm welcome from all the staff on duty. It was great to meet up with friends, old and new. All the bands and DJ's played my type of music. My personal favourites were The Liquidators and The Embezzlers. All in all, it was a great event at a great pub. Phil and Kelly are very hard working and know how to put on this type of event, and if it was repeated, I would certainly attend again. The pub is registered to the Redtooth Poker league, but they have no information available online about start times. Tried to call 20+ times throughout the day to get more information, but there was no answer and often a line busy.

Turned up at roughly 7:30pm after a 30-minute drive to be told the game started at 7pm and I couldn't get a seat.... The lads at the poker table were very apologetic, but it isn't their fault, it's the lack of advertisement...

Stopped in at this place not knowing where we were as doing an a&e trip and they couldn't have been more welcoming, fantastic staff and couldn't help you enough. They don't do food but got us a menu for a local takeaway and when we had decided they phoned it through for us and even went and picked it up so we didn't have to go out in the rain.
