Poor Value, Nice Friendly Service. probably should check with customers before using such a horrible seasoning on the fries (5 spice), it was really unpleasant and numbed the mouth while providing a nasty tang on the pallet spoiling everything else on the plate (Lunch Japanese Burger). I would not have minded so much if I had actually ordered these nasty fries but I didn't and they were not mentioned as included on the menu. note: I managed to get the taste of the fries out my mouth and tried the burger again and it was an OK burger but no where near as nice as the price would suggest it should be, also small patty. Coleslaw was dry or deconstructed forgetting the mayo when served. I would suggest research before ordering (some things looked great) and if you have the need to taste your food probably best to avoid the five Spice Fries...

I finally managed to get a table today and it was definitely worth it. I've seen lots of write ups all over social media, all good. The food was absolutely amazing right up my street. Healthy and a great taste. My daughter had the block burger, it was the best she had had for a very long time. The chips had a seasoning on and they were delicious. OVERPRICED & OVER RATED! After reading the previous reviews with Block, we dropped by with much anticipation on Sunday 8pm to collect a takeaway. To say we were all let down with our meals was an understatement. Our order of veggie meat free burger, vegan katsu curry and the meat block burger were so bland in taste, it beggared belief. Even the chips were so overcooked in oil. I understand it was the last takeaway booking before closing time, but that should not compromise the quality of food.
