Attended an engagement party here recently. Over £7.00 for a pint and a glass of what was classed as wine! The 3 oval disposable trays of dried up curled over sandwiches were not even mediocre, cold bland sausage rolls, and some kind of cold bland fried chicken was disgusting. No garnish of any description, no sauce, mayo or mustard not even Salt or Pepper! To cap the whole event the DJ was playing so called music that neither the young or old related to. LEAVE THIS PLACE ALONE. I have been in catering all my life and would never charge £200.00 for a few dried out sandwiches and whatever else they class as food. Even at trade prices £75.00 I would have made a good profit. Truly wonderful home style cooked Vegan roast, they made a beautiful cranberry & nut loaf with roasted pumkin seeds on top, crispy roast potatoes, roast parsnips, roast sweet potato chunks with fresh spinach, peas & vegan gravy all cooked to perfection.Well done guys n gals!
