Very poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend staying here. I always try and support small independent hotels and B&B's, while travelling regularly on business, but was severely let down by this establishment, and it would appear that I'm not the only one. When I did eventually speak to the owner/manager, I was shocked by his attitude. I would never speak to any of my customers the way he spoke to me. Stayed here for 4 nights, as a base for walking the South West Coast Path. The location was ideal. It's only a few minutes walk into the town centre with easy access to bus routes.
