I don't usually leave review, however I felt like it was necessary for me to do so for these guys. Id like to start off by saying that it was the best Indian I have ever had, the quality of food was my idea of perfection. From the moment I was greeted at the doors to the moment I left, I felt like I was the most valued customer in the fully booked restaurant. Khalid (The gentleman serving my partner and I) was extremely helpful and reliable, my partner even used the phrase "This curry is banging" so when she's happy, I'm happy :). Came here as my usual didn’t have a table free so thought I would give it a try and reviews looked good ! But very disappointed with the service I received. Took my friend here for a meal for Xmas we Pre booked a table that wasn’t ready . 1 hour wait between starter & mains! Starter was - a mix kebab that was lovely! but was suppose to be serviced “sizzling “ it wasn’t! I understand it’s a busy time of year ! But had to kept getting up to ask the staff for more drinks, where are food was ect … food was really nice just the service wasn’t good especially when the bill was very expensive! Don’t mind paying the extra bit but expect a bit of service ! Unfortunately we will not...

We came for the first time this evening having lived in Royston for long enough to have no excuse. I'd definitely advise booking in advance, as it fills out quickly.

The service was spectacular, with friendly and accommodating staff. A wide range of spirits and the iconic Cobra on tap, and enough choice in curry, sides and sundries to leave you spoiled for choice. My girlfriend wants to highlight how big and tasty the bhaji are.
