Terrible service, walked in did not get greeted, the guy on the front was just so patronising when I enquired about the menu and were to sit, it was as if he didn't even want to be there. We went in as we were celebrating after a baby scan of 6 weeks pregnancy. After sitting down, my fiancé opens his napkin that was hand delivered with a small saucer and knife and fork buy the guy at the door. To find A massive bright pink solid used chewing gum stuck inside of it. When told about the napkin the waiter had the cheek to ask my fiancé if he had put the chewing gum in the napkin?! FIRSTLY WE DONT CHEW GUM as its made of PLASTIC (do your own research) 2ndly its SCIENTIFICALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR CHEWING GUM TO BECOME SOLID AND SO DRY AFTER SECONDS of a customer SITTING DOWN!? So it was quite obvious that the chewing had been between the napkin for some time. The waiter did bring another napkin and apologise vaugly while walking away but then the cutlery was dirty and had stains on it . I couldn't even be bothered and just wiped it off with my napkin. The food was average and costly bland and tasteless. I ordered beef sausage and sautéed potatoes because I was just put off by the service already and I was starving but didn't want to risk a whole meal from these guys. I ADVISE THAT ANYONE WOULD BE better off going to a regular kebab shop at least they are friendly, not sure if its because The Turkish are known to be racist and this place may actually think its a prestige restaurant?! LMAO. JUST SO THEY REMEMBER US AND MAYBE CONSIDER FOCUSING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I'm mixed my father is Turkish and my mother is Ethiopian we were the only people of colour in the restaurant at the time. I am very aware of what the Turkish culture is like plus lil do they know I speak Turkish and full Arabic , my partner is mixed half white half Indian, WE DINE YESTERDAY AROUND 6pm i was wearing white and cream with my hair in a bun he was wearing navy blue Armani two piece. We were ever so polite yet still terrible customer service WILL NEVER SPEND A PENNY AT THAT FASCADE OF A RESTURANT. ITS NOT EVEN...
Read moreWould not return here. We arrived for a large group booking of 9 instead of being showed to our table the waiter pointed to it and told us to go and sit down (they were not very busy by this point) they took ages to order our drinks and food, then tried to tell us that we needed more food and looked disgruntled when we didn’t accept the offer to double our starter order. They don’t tell you that you get complimentary bread they bring it after you’ve ordered so you don’t really need a starter. Very crafty! Then the main course came out before we’re finished our starters and the remainder of the starters were whisked away unfinished. Two out of the nine dinners were cold, we returned them to have them MICROWAVED bearing in mind they were both chicken mmm reheated chicken delightful. And made the yoghurt warm too! They obviously scraped the salad off then ‘threw’ it bs k on the plate. When it arrived back it was almost thrown down in front of us! I mean how dare we complain about our food being cold! Despite complaining neither dinner was removed from the bill. All in all a poor...
Read moreI had dinner here last night and I must say, the food was amazing. First of, they bring you a bread basket with spicy and some kind of yoghurt dip i think. The bread was packed fully of flavour and freshly made. You know how come places they bring you bread like this so that the main course is a smaller potion, well this place didn’t do that.
I ordered the mixed grill and it was packed full of flavours, i almost struggled to finish it. The tomatoes in itself tasted so delicious in the side salad that i could have easily just eaten that 😂. Great food and freshly grilled. Good ambience in the restaurant and staff were polite.
Would definitely...
