Domino's Pizza - Sleaford — Restaurant in North Kesteven

Ordered online, and got there in plenty of time. Wasn't acknowledged, but saw my name on the monitor so just sat down and waited. Then my name came up again... Waited a little longer, and mine and the duplicate was ready. Both dissapeared off the screen. Guy on the front desk asked my name, and asked if it was 4 medium pizzas, no it wasn't. The duplicate went out via delivery, and I waited a little longer as it seemed one pizza had been missed, or given to the duplicate first, leaving their one in the oven, to be given to me a little while after. So last night I rang to order but told them Id arrive two mins after due to close, they stayed open for me to collect! Where do you get that service normally? The young lad that was on, was so warm, welcoming and professional and his customer service was WOW! If everywhere had staff like him business would be booming! He is a credit to Dominos! Thank you so much! It had been a long horrible day and the smiling happy staff and yummy food...

Pizza was burnt and got into a physical altercation over this issue with one of the staff members. They claimed it was not burnt and just crispy, even though it was clearly charred. Looked as if saliva residue was put into the pizza after the altercation occurred. Perpetrator was tall and had black hair. Looked about 17.
