North Sea Coffee Co — Restaurant in North Norfolk

Very pretentious lady serving the coffee - insulted the customer before us (customer stated cake was for a friend, lady serving pointed at customers tummy saying “is it though?” !!) Then when we stipulated white sugar in one and brown in the other the lady tried to tell us coffee should only ever be served with brown sugar! Her small/large cup sizes displayed were different to those she served, she stroked a dog inside her shop before putting the lid on my coffee (same hand) without washing her hands or asking if I had pet allergies - when I queried the cup sizes she was dismissive toward me in front of other customers…. Avoid !!

Advice:- If you treat customers like this don’t expect to stay in...

Treated my mum to a Mocha and she pretty much downed the drink like a shot as she loved it that much, she said its the best coffee she's tasted I'm years it made me so happy to see her enjoy it the atmosphere is cute and chill with outdoor chairs and tables placed at the beach front for you to enjoy the beautiful view prices are as expected nothing cheap but nothing ££££££ One note I will make if you want suger let them know before it's made and they do it for you from what I can tell they use a jar of sugar rather than the paper sachets. Would definitely return when I visit...

Lovely tea, coffee & hot chocolate. We visited several times this week whilst on holiday. Very friendly lovely staff. Good choice of drinks & cakes/pastries. The Staff do little extra touches for their Customers which we felt were excellent- dog biscuits for the fury visitors, some ladies had hot water bottles after a swim/beach excersises! Customers can buy reusable cups for their drinks too. Felt our purchases were appreciated. Definitely visit on our next trip to Cromer. We were super lucky with the weather this week -...
