Nice cafe location just down from Cromer pier. Inside and outside seating, fortunately it wasn't busy and got a bench outside. The table had the last customers plates on, this was cleared within a few minutes of sitting down. Good food selection focused on seafood and I went for the Seafood Platter to sharer and coffee. Coffee arrived first in takeaway cups, it was hot and was a good cuppa. Within 15mins the platter arrived and it looked brilliant, with the array of items accompanied with lemon & lime, two doorsteps of lightly toasted bread, then a tartar, rose marie & chilli sauce in pots. The selection of seafood was good & fresh tasting, the Cromer crab was really good, big prawns (to de-shell) meaty & tender, smoked salmon was tender and nicely flavoured. The selection of breaded and fried goods were ok - I could take or leave the mango chilli prawns, the calamari was a nice soft bite and not rubbery, and the panko prawns were good - though overall maybe a bit too much fried food. The one item that wasn't great was the mussels (they say eat mussels in months with an 'R') they were rubber chewy and not a great flavour. Overall really good platter, great value for £30 (coffee was £3 each), with the majority of it tasting lovely and a few tweaks would make it excellent. Staff were friendly & polite.

Seafood Platter Attracted by the seafood platter therefore entered the restaurant. We were informed by the staff that it would require about 20-30 minutes to get the order, as the restaurant was busy. Food was okay. I thought dressed crab in the platter was the best. The order came with generous quantity and variety of dipping sauces. It's a small restaurant, but at least the outdoor seats were clean. With a roomy toilet. Would that be possible that the giant lemon and lime on the platter putting into a bowl instead of in the platter with the seafood? You do not want annoying accidents like one of the lemons rolling into the customer's bag when the platter delivered to the table. :(

Brilliant breakfast experience here. Absolutely delicious and it was great to have a choice of options for different tastes. The serving staff were exemplary and our food was served in good time. Ingredients were so tasty - the best sausages for a breakfast. The cafe was beautifully clean and sparkled in the early morning sunshine. This was the best place to start the bank holiday and enjoy the stunning Cromer coastline. We will most certainly be back.

Very overpriced breakfasts and small positions. The restaurant does not offer a children’s breakfast and was charged full adult price. ( this becomes expensive when you have 3 children- so would not recommend for any larger families ) 1 piece of small toast and egg was £7.00. I ordered beans on 2 toast was given half a piece of toast with handful of beans which was £6.00. Ordered fresh orange juice and it come in a bottle. The cutlery on the table was not clean was actually disgusting. My husband ordered large breakfast which was £14.00 which come smaller than most small breakfasts in other restaurants in the Yarmouth area. The service was non- exist. The total bill for x3 children’s small piece of toast with egg, half a piece of toast and beans and full breakfast ( small) 1 bottle of water, 2 kids drinks, 2 orange juice was £51.00. We had the same at Great Yarmouth front and was £25.00 a lot nicer too! As the kids said it was disgusting. The service is none exist! Would not even given a 1. The water sealing next to table and floor need a good clean the amount of money they charge surely they can...

Used to breakfast here twice a week with previous owners . Beautiful location so we thought we’d give it a try after it’s refurbishment. We were very disappointed with our breakfast .first visit bacon snapped in half , sausages left an after taste and egg over cooked , white toast - no other option offered ( I didn’t want beans or mushrooms ) price of meal was adjusted accordingly. Thought it may have been teething problems so went back a couple of weeks later ……. Sausage was so hard I couldn’t cut it , bacon was over cooked and egg was cold - when I asked for brown toast I was told “sorry we don’t do brown bread “ 🤷🏻‍♀️I was offered gluten free bread which was like eating polystyrene . I didn’t want the mushrooms or baked beans and asked if I could just have one sausage and one piece of bacon and egg . This time I was charged the full price . Background music very loud . Such a shame as setting perfect for that early morning breakfast . Won’t...
