Burger King — Restaurant in North Tyneside

I go almost every day to get my Bacon Double Cheeseburger XL Large meal. I love the food & Drinks from here. What I do not like is the Listening or Lack of by the Window Staff. Every time I have been I say "No Ice" in my Drink but more times than not I'm ignored or they just do not care what you say, not to mention when you get your drink passed to your car the Cup is always Dripping with over filled liquid only because they put Tones of ice in it. Time & again I've had to have my car cleaned because by the time I am home it has sloshed around all over the Cup Holders. Ice waters down the drink & it also means your getting way less of the drink you pay for. NOT GOOD ENOUGH BK! your a multi Billion Dollar Franchise, you do not need to rip people off with that kind of behaviour. Then most of the time the drink I want is rarely available, I do not drink Coke or Pepsi its rancid stuff so I get Cherry Fanta or Cherry Schweppes. It's so hard to get either of those drinks. But the Burgers are to die for & this is why I keep going. I just wish the staff would do as I ask & not put ice in my drinks I want Pop as that is what I'm spending my cash on, they take the order & you receive your order from the same window & it is all on a screen right in front of them so how they get it wrong is way beyond me. I hope something changes ASAP there are plenty other places I could go...

I only ever go in here if the lady I support wants to go. (my job) The first time there was a long black hair amongst my fries, not mine! Anyway, found myself in there again. Went to the counter to order and the China doll behind the counter eventually informed me that I had to order from the touch screen boards, OK, not really a problem, until you go to use it and nothing happens! "That one doesn't work" she said! Ok, had I not been with the lady, who was waiting, unusually patiently, for her cheeseburger, I would have already left! Managed to place the order, with assistance from a colleague as my nails are too long to register my selections, they really aren't that long! Watched the board and then it was ready! Her cheeseburger must have been OK, she ate it, mine I took back! The bottom of the bread bun was rock hard, it would have cracked the floor tiles if I'd dropped it, knocked someone spark out if I'd thrown it, it was replaced with a cold one! The fries were undercooked and the drink was flat! On a positive note, I like to create balance, you can always find a seat...

Very poor. Ordered food and waited for it to be made. A member of staff called our order number and we went to the counter to collect it. We ordered 2 meals and asked for a vanilla milkshake and a Strawberry milkshake but the 2 milkshakes that were given were vanilla, when I pointed out this mistake I was abruptly told "we don't do Strawberry" I pointed out that the menu says you do, I was then told abruptly "don't have a attitude with me" I then pointed out i wasn't having a attitude, I was just asking for what was on the menu. Another member of staff stepped in and said " no one is Strawberry" so I took her word on that but when I got to my car I can see that this was just a lie to me out of the building. So on my first and only visit I was given a wrong order but also spoken to rudely and embarrassed in front of a busy restaurant. I would also like to point out the reason why we had our food to take out was the place was a mess...
