the food was expired, it is not Lebanese food at all, the bread they serve is the cheapest and poor quality that is used for Mexican fajitas 🤦🏻‍♀️ the shawarma lamb it looks like a plastic in your mouth doesn’t feel the meat, it was more fat and plastic, really a Disgusting experience, they also don’t care and when you complain in the restaurant for the money, the owner comes to your house like a crazy person shouting and recording with his mobile saying that he will not return the money, I feel stolen and cheated I been paid £ 21.50 for a shawarma of lamb and chicken and one chicken soup (more water than chicken) also the chips were old and frozen, I have eaten a thousand times better in take aways more cheaper and the fries are fresh and they are made at the moment, for that money I expect good food and quality, They charge like a 5 start restaurant for one plate but the quality with the price...

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered via deliveroo, waited over an hour and a half when asked we were told they had attempted delivery but were unsuccessful, which was incorrect, we were then told to contact the restaurant direct. Spoke to an extremely rude man who then informed me they don't deliver to my postcode, when asked why did they accept the order they shouted down the phone and hung up. We raised this Deliveroo who repeated that they had already attempted to deliver and it was my fault! After a lengthy and stressful conversation with the staff at Deliveroo, after originally saying they cannot refund any monies they reluctantly gave me a full refund. Ordered via Uber Eats and waited an hour and a half for delivery (and way past the expected delivery time). Called the restaurant to be answered by an angry sounding man answering just “Yes”. I politely asked when the delivery should be arriving to which he shouted down the phone (at someone else) to be told they don’t deliver to my area, it’s too far away! Waste of time. I told the man he needs to work on his customer service to which he then hung up! I also have the money pending to come off my bank account which I’ll need to wait up to five days to go back into my account, all for nothing!
