Revisited this spot again for the half price kebab offer they have, When you pick up between 4 and 9. Firstly the staff are friendly, but now about my food experience, the kebab meat was so dry and burned i got chips with it, and a only got a handful of chips and they were uncooked and soggy and they only give you half of pitta bread the garlic sauce was good tho, i have been here many of times and the portion sizes are normally really good and the food is normally really good but today something went wrong, i guess i only paid half price so i should be happy with what i got for only 3pound but if i waited only 20mins later i would of had to pay full price and the food was barely eatable, hope they were just having a bad night. I will return but if it his the same then...

If I could I would rate this place 0 stars because if I am honest their food is terrible, it tastes like something you'd buy from a Supermarket, their garlic sauce is like a dip, their kebab is chewy, and their chips seem frozen.. not only is their food horrendous but the man that served me gave me the incorrect change as my order was £4.00 and while I paid with a 20 pound note I only recieved £11.00 change, as soon as I noticed I did not get the correct amount of change back, I went and complained where I was told to come back the next day and when I explained I couldn't, me and the man argued which I was then abusively spoken too. Absolute disgrace of a place and shocking...

I ordered from the website but the food didn't arrive. I called and was told I hadn't been charged. I reordered through Just Eat and my order arrived, along with the original order from the website. The delivery guy was so confused and didn't seem to understand what had happened, but refused to give me my order. My bank statement shows I was charged twice, once by Picasso and once by Just Eat. I've tried to explain this over the phone but they either don't comprehend English or are playing dumb. I've lost almost £20 because of their incompetence, or they just robbed...
