Domino's Pizza - Newcastle - Forest Hall — Restaurant in North Tyneside

I ordered two pizzas from the Forest Hall store through the Domino's website at around 18:30, the tracker said it was out for delivery by 19:00. It hadn't arrived by 19:50 so I rang the store to ask what was happening. The guy on the phone apologised and said they were busy but the pizzas had left the store and the driver was on the way. He had still not arrived by 20:30 so we rang again just for the guy to keep apologising and say the driver is definitely out and should be there soon. We made one last call at 21:15 to be lied to again. The shop is a 10 minute drive from my house and it was 3 hours before we told them not to bother. They did not seem bothered at all about the time it had taken and just offered a refund, said it would take 3-5 days then hung up. If the store had messed up on the order and just been honest from the start instead of letting us wait 3 hours. The food was clearly not out for delivery so they could have just told us that instead of lying about it. Why would you still accept orders too if you are struggling with the ones you already have.

Appalled at the service from Forrest Hall Domino's pizza, after finding chicken on my vegan pizza I was told by Shery the shift manager to pick the chicken off and that it would be fine to eat. After emphasising I was vegan and I shouldn't have to pick chicken off my vegan pizza that I ordered which was clearly labelled vegan, he informed me it's probably just bits of dough. It clearly isn't!! When I asked for a refund, I was informed they don't do refunds but I could get a free pizza that night or next time. When we insisted on a refund, Shery informed me it will take up to 10 days for a refund and said he couldn't send any confirmation that I would be refunded. There is absolutely no way I will eat a dominos pizza again after this,...

Wrong pizza sent 3 times, rude staff trying to tell me their driver didn't tip the box on the 2nd attempt ( despite the pizza sauce and toppings being all bunched up on one side of the pizza) and it was all perfectly Intact when delivered as he checked it.. .. which during a pandemic is worrying and tbh is worrying that drivers are opening boxes once they have left the shop at anytime! Overall a very poor experience and given the price of their food I had expected a better...
