A 1 star is too generous! Ordered food had a message with time to expect it, waited in the window for the driver. 25mins after it was expected we called to find out where it was. The woman was unapologetic and made it out it was our fault said the driver apparently waited around for half an hour? Really?? Who would ever do that and hold up other orders. The driver is an utter liar, no one came to deliver our food. Offered to deliver us our what would be COLD food but would have to wait another 15/20 mins. What an absolute joke! Happy to take the money but not deliver the food. Will never order from here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. You need to work on your customer service you could have offered to replace the food as an apology but NO this was the fault of your driver not us the customer. It may seem petty to some but for me a chippy tea has to have lots of batter or else I don’t really enjoy it so when I called here & placed my order I emphasised on the lots of batter & even said would you make sure it has. The girl agreed. On collecting the order I asked again & was told it had. Got home & there was a sprinkle on soggy white chips at which point the dog enjoyed. I called to advise my disappointment & said if you had told the truth I would’ve waited til you cooked more & felt like I’d been lied to as they had my money. She became confrontational so I hung up. First time customer, probably my last aswell. I only ordered from here because Willow doesn't deliver and I regret my laziness! I ordered a Cowboy meal, and it must be named that because a bunch of cowboys are cooking it. Burger was cheap/nasty with soggy batter, no crisp or even colour to even a 10 year old asked me if it was cooked. Don't worry the dog enjoyed it. I would give the benefit of the doubt and say the grease from the burger made it greasy but this was not the case. I also had 2 battered sausages equally as soggy/colourless.
