Quality Pizza — Restaurant in North Tyneside

I have used this takeaway service on many occasions and usually order pizza, which is always of a good quality. Recently I ordered a Parmesan with salad which was not edible. The outer edges were burnt and it was bland & rubbery. The salad consisted of one slice of beef tomato & lettuce. I had to through it all in the bin. The next day I called in to tell the guys about my experience. To my surprise one member of staff was so rude and said.... the people around here don’t mind it being burnt and bland....that’s how they like it!!!! No Geordie would have agreed with this guy! He also said “people” around here only ever ask for tomato & lettuce.... He had shown disrespect for me & fellow Geordies. He would not give me a refund and was so arrogant. I & my family will not be ordering...

Delivery driver called 20 minutes after the order was supposed to arrive saying he couldn’t find our house and after trying to help him with directions he left saying he would contact the shop and get back to us which he never did. After waiting 20 more minutes i contacted them and they got back saying the order would arrive after another 20 minutes. I then got a text saying my order had been cancelled a whole 40 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. Absolutely disgraceful service, i will never order from here again and would strongly advise anyone...

Absolutely disgusting!! ordered from here last week the kebab pizza within 24hrs i was violently sick for 2 days and stomach has been left in pieces. shop is filthy most notably the fridge in the front which could do with a good wash and all the dust and flies removed from the top! would hate to see in the kitchen!!...
