First time takeaway from here. Chicken Madras was nice, actually had some taste unlike others I've had. Egg fried rice was very good big bits of egg which I liked.

The naan bread I got was a little disappointing because I ordered the cheese/garlic and I couldn't taste any cheese or see any. Also the naan bread was very small, I think it was over £3 as well so probably wouldn't get that again.

My partners special korma she didn't like the sauce wasn't as runny as she was used to or as creamy, not sure if it was because it was a variation of a korma but she wasn't impressed.

We also had masala chips which were ok we both liked them probably wouldn't get again though but were decent partner ended up eating more of that than the curry.

Overall I would recommend but first time it wasn't as good as I expected but at least we know in future what to get...

My son and I are sampling take away foods in our local town to see which we prefer. It’s a Saturday night after work thing. We were greeted in Ikbal by Ash who was a polite & friendly host asking if we had ordered and then if we had eaten there before. He allowed us time to look through the menu and order then offered us both a complimentary drink while we waited. He & my son talked and joked about life and the food was ready within 15 minutes. We had a chicken tikka masala and a lamb tikka rogan Josh with rice, naan and popadoms. Ash gave us a 10% discount for collecting in person and hoped we enjoyed our food. We placed a order costing over 50 pounds and it took over an hour and a half to to be delivered ! And when it finally arrived it was a mess it looked like it had been thrown up a wall and scraped into a bag. When we phoned up to complain nothing was really done to help. They had the food remade for us, but we then had to collect the food from them ! Costing me in fuel so worse off really and when I arrived they were nothing but rude speaking in their own language.
