Picture the worst of the worst take away...would be a compliment to call this one like that. Service: absolutely dreadful, I took me 5 mins to get the person at the till to understand that I didn't want a drink, I kept on saying no drink, she asked me another three times if i wanted one. I've asked for a flaming sweet chilly wrap, and I've got a barbecue one, I asked to change the order and that i would pay the difference in order to get my wrap and the person at the till told me that there wouldn't be need for that...as they are the same price...and I went home guess with what..a barbecue wrap instead of the sweet chilly that i've asked for. Timing: the place was almost empty and it still took me 25 mins for a simple flaming wrap and sharing meal!! Food: The greasiest, and oiliest slimiest food ever... on a scale 1 to 10 i would give a well deserved -20!!! Absolutely horrible! My question is what the hell happen with KFC standards, since last I heard KFC 'was' one of the top chains for chicken!! Such a shame!! i wouldn't recommend it even to who i hate the most, just spare your money and get food everywhere else even the cheapest restaurant...

Rang store to complain, When explained food was for a person with severe dimentia who had been desperatly waiting for their food they refused to help and told us come collect it. That's why we wanted a delivery do you not understand what that service is for. The person claiming I was speaking to was claiming to be the manager but after I told her I was recording the call refused to give her name. She was apparently In The office using the phone approx 1945 in the coalville branch. This is extremely bad customer service and bad management. Your care for the community is deplorable, whom ever I was speaking to needs to be fired as they have no personable approach. I will make sure to let the council know about your practices too, as you also clearly don't support your community and you do get your licence from somwhere, or you train people not too. Which one. Read moreSat for 20 minutes in the drive through, when there were three cars in front of me. Food wasn't very hot - was given to my slightly warm, and was cold by the time I arrived home. I can't work out why it would take 20 minutes to put chicken that was obviously already made (as it wasn't hot) into a bag. None of the cars in front of me had a big order either. Staff seemed to be a little uncaring about their job, and it seemed as though three staff members were standing chatting instead of actually preparing the food, while one staff member was doing everything. I also did not get a receipt with my order (so no colonels club free food for me), and no apology for the wait. I could have gone into a restaurant and been served faster than the service here - most restaurants I've been to take 15-20 minutes to serve comparable (although much nicer and actually hot) food.
