Have used them a few times but tonight bites the bullet, Ordered Cinnamon Desert Pizza, Mini Donuts & Cookies, Cinnamon Pizza was fine, Donuts came in a little plastic tray & are frozen solid, rock hard Not edible, Yet the packet says not suitable for freezing & has no date on it, Cookies Looked Burnt yet we're so raw in the middle you could squish them down with your finger tips, Rang the store & the staff claimed that it was cooked cookie dough, We argued that it shows actual cookies on the website & that it was still burnt, Staff member argued back, We asked if they contained egg & would still be safe to eat & got no response, No offer of refund or apologies, We said about making a complaint to trading standards due to it being unsafe practice & he pretty much said go for it, Absolute joke, Nails all in the coffin done with the place, Will fully support...

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered at 5:30pm, called the store at 6:33pm to ask how long it’s likely to be to which I was advised the driver was on his way. I called again 6:46pm to ask where the driver was ( as I can drive to the store In 10 mins) again I was told by the franchisee Mr Singh the driver was on their way and won’t be long?!! I asked him if he thought this was acceptable? To which he gave me a chorus of its on it way.
Will not be ordering from this location ever again!
At time of writing this review at 7:10pm still no sign of pizza! What a joke!

Had 2 pizza's off the. 1 a custom xxl with peppers, pineapple, ham and pepperoni and that had lil to none of the topping the other was a small pepperoni for my DD, both pizza's ordered were extremely greasy and my bacon cheese sticks had a grand total of 6 pieces of bacon across the whole portion. The sauce was overly sweet as well. My DD took one bite an refused to eat any more and she loves pizza never seen her reject any pizza until this one our first time and last time having papa johns. I'll stick with dominos at least their quality for us...
