When I visited this Subway today, I wasn't expecting much. Just an ordinary sandwich. "How could a sandwich really be that good?" I thought to myself, foolishly.

I was wrong.

While I was having this sandwich, all seemed well in the world. My stress vanished with every bite, and it was as if I lived in a perfect utopia, with nothing that could ever go wrong. Even now, the thought of having this amazing sandwich again has me salivating, wishing for another.

We had a vouchers for a free footlong. The voucher was in date and we checked the Subway website to make sure the store was participating in the offer (which it was), and yet the store refused to accept it.

The first worker we spoke to just said no, then turned away from us to answer a seemingly unrelated call on his mobile. The second worker said they couldn't accept the voucher because the manager wasn't working, then called the manager who apparently just said no.

The third worker said that we needed to bring in the entire booklet, despite the booklet not being store specific and instructing that you only need to cut out the voucher.

This was an unpleasant and confrontational experience, all for the sake one one free sandwich. We took our custom elsewhere and won't...

Gone down hill since change of staff, have noticed on multiple occasions that they usually Shut early (Sometimes half an hour before) despite online saying they are still open, Offers not honoured despite being a store taking part online, & most of the Staff aren't helpful/ Can't understand you or Hear You for some reason & then they make mistakes with your sandwich or price at the end, Will be trying our best to avoid...
