Ordered a Hoagie tray & a Chicken Gouijon Kebab, when ordering the food it took 6 attempts for the order to be understood

The food arrived over an hour late, chips were like cardboard and stuck together, kebab meat was like leather and had no taste. The Hoagie Tray came with a Curry Sauce dip which could be best described as dirty water......

The Gouijon Kebab was only half filled with chicken

Clearly the staff don't care, on a previous walk in visit it took a customer 4/5 attempts to order a bottle of Coke

I would have given no stars as a rating but unfortunately Google doesn't give you the option

Try somewhere else or save your money, the worst food I've ever...

If i could give 0 stars I would! Tried out Apache Banbridge for the first time last night and I will not be back. I ordered 2 kebabs. My doner kebab was boiled instead of being nice and crispy! This was the same for grilled chicken kebab. The lady started by putting gloves on however she then coughed over them and continued to prepare my food! The man who was boiling my kebabs had no hat/gloves on. He kept touching his hair and then touching the food at the same time while talking to his friend who was on his phone who didn't even work there. He was eating his food with his hands next to mine and spitting over the food while talking! Both kebabs went...

Been couple times. First was when first opened, so could forgive them for issues. However on recent visit I can not forgive them. First of all I didn't have cash on me, so when seen sign on entrance they accepted cards i continued in. After placing order I presented card and he said he couldn't accept, after I pointed out sign on door he then said I would be charged a fee because order less than £10 (£8). Reluctantly accepted. 3 staff members speaking in foreign language and looking at me, hard not to feel paranoid they were speaking about me. The food itself. Chips soggy and very greasy. My doner...
