Ashers Bakery @ Ballyeaston Road — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I am a very regular customer of this place. Attending today for my normal order of sandwiches, buns, fruit and juice. The woman making my sandwich added the thinnest layer of filling into my sandwich which was significantly less than normal. When I asked if I could have a little bit more filling she got very rude and started shouting at me in front of a full busy store stating that this was a normal portion and they are told not to give anymore than this. When I advised I have never had a sandwich from the place like that she got very uptight and started removing the chicken from my sandwich in the little cup measurement and said see one portion in a shouting voice. She even threw the chicken back into the tub once she removed it from the sandwich (which had mayo on it btw so had now cross-contaminated that full batch of chicken filling by her rude gesture - let’s hope someone who orders that next doesn’t have an egg allergy!) and said if I wanted more I would have to pay a double portion fee and if I didn’t want the sandwich I could leave. It was ever so rude so I gently reminded her I was only asking and advising and wasn’t being rude to her so I don’t understand why she was acting towards me in such an ill manner. I always attend Asher’s as the quality and portion of food was always good for the price but having now experienced that and brought my sandwich home all I could taste was bread so will not be back. Called in during the week. Place looked nice, staff were friendly. Paid £5.30 for a sausage roll, a small bottle of water, and a bun that had hardly any cake just icing. Sausage roll was inedible, it was reheated in the microwave and given to me in a polystyrene tray... Pretty sure it was reheated in the polystyrene tray as it was also melted.
