First time being here today. Beautiful little spot nestled in the heart of Ballyclare. The setting is beautiful and filled with flowers and fairy lights. It's cosy and welcoming. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food menu had a wide variety of options and catered for gluten free. On this occasion I only had a desert and coffee. Wide selection of tray bakes and scones. There is also a gift shop with a wide range of gifts and reasonably priced. It's a placed not to be missed. Road side parking and also parking area across the road and traffic lights directly beside it. Ramps inside but wheelchair would be more suited at the front of the shop but don't let that deter you please.

Wow! Amazing little spot, it doesn’t even look like a cafe from outside. As I had a couple of hours to pass in Ballycare I went looking for lunch, the only other place I could see around the square was a chippy but no seating set up. I almost gave up when I noticed a quirky sign that beckoned me inside. Also a gift shop and bakery inside. A Great menu with very generous portions, I had to takeaway most of my salad as the vegetable broth was delicious and filling, eyes too big for my belly! It was a super visit from the lovely staff, welcoming and friendly clientele, to the value for money.

Had to visit Northern Ireland for 2 appointments. One in BallyClare and finished at lunch time. Went here for something to eat. Soup of the day Vegetables broth was fantastic, also had baked potato and tea. 10/10 for service and food. Speaking away to other customers. Something I never get to do too often in England. The Northern Irish atmosphere and good food is always great

I recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Pots of Pleasure and the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm, and the service was impeccable. The menu offered a diverse range of delectable options, and each bite was a burst of flavours, leaving a lasting impression.

To add to the joy of the day, I picked up a present from the shop, and the meticulous gift-wrapping caught my eye. The attention to detail in the wrapping was as impressive as the diverse selection of items in the store. It turned a simple purchase into a special moment, and the recipient was genuinely thrilled.

In conclusion, the fantastic lunch at Pots of Pleasure and the beautifully wrapped present from the shop made for a memorable day. Whether you're looking for a culinary treat or a thoughtful gift, this experience is a testament to the exceptional quality and care that both the cafe and the shop bring to their offerings. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of culinary delights and thoughtful surprises. Thank you Mark, your café is one of the best I've...

This is a lovely little gift shop which also encompasses a coffee shop that serves great food and gorgeous cakes, scones and tray-bakes all at reasonable prices. The staff are fabulous and very friendly. The gifts sold in the gift shop are beautiful. You have to go through the gift shop to reach the coffee shop at the back which has been slightly extended recently to offer additional seating for the many customers who love this place as much as I do. The shop is quite cramped as people say and it's a shame it cannot be extended a little bit or its products offered online. I saw some gorgeous ceramic art there which line some of walls of the coffee shop and prices are less than those for sale online. All in all, a great wee place to visit, shop and eat.Great value...

Always a pleasure at Pots. We have never been disappointed and today I chose it as the location for my birthday breakfast. The owners are lovely and very much hands on with customers and also serving. On one particularly cold and raining winter's day (late 2019 before Covid hit) I remember my wife and I and our week-old newborn daughter were caught out in a sleet storm and actually entered the shop just to shelter. We struck up conversation with the owners and in the end they insisted we sit and have a couple of coffees - on the house! We bought buns of course because why not. That act of kindness will not be forgotten and this is most certainly a coffee house worthy of...
