I usually don't write reviews, or bad ones for that matter. There was this lovely girl, Katy I think her name was, I had told her we were just missing a kids chicken nuggets but reassured her I can wait. While she was waiting for the nuggets she had decided to do some drinks and a coworker came over, cursed at her and was extremely rude to her, as well as telling her to move out of her way. The poor girl look defeated but she came back with the nuggets with a bright smile on her face like nothing happened and even told me to have a good night. At that point I didn't even care about the nuggets and just wanted to ask if she was okay and wanted to give her a tip but I didn't want to overwhelm her. I understand working in hospitality is stressful and people have bad days, but that should be no excuse for anyone to talk to anybody like that, especially with how she snatched the drink off her. The other girl who was at the counter also didn't even realise I was standing in front of her waiting to talk about my missing nuggets. Was served by a lovely girl but the others didn't seem to care about what she said to her which was also disappointing. My husband also noticed when he was going back up to ask about something that the other girl had blamed Katy for the missing burgers when she was the one doing the orders while Katy was doing fries until she decided to focus on pints and talk to boys, realistically she should be able to take accountability for her ignorance. The food was good and Katy was such a polite and patient girl but that is the only thing that stuck out to me in a positive light. Maybe keep an eye on the...
Read moreVisited this Burger King on 8th May 2025 before catching a flight at 5.50am, used the auto menu to place an order for what appeared (according to picture on menu) to be 2 Breakfast Double King meals at £9.99 each, which showed the burger, hash browns and drink, couldn’t see where you selected the drink on menu so figured that the staff asked you at the counter at some stage, our order number was called and a very small bag was set on the counter, I asked about the drinks and was told that they were not included in the price and was sent back to the auto menu to order the drinks. My wife took the small bag to the table while I waited on the hot drinks which were being prepared in stages while the girl at the counter was nipping into the kitchen to get other customers orders, so I wasn’t at all surprised that when I eventually received the drinks and got to the table that my Cappuccino only filled a 3rd of the cup, at that stage my wife told me that the burgers where now cold and there wasn’t any hash browns, l went back to the counter and set the cappuccino down without the lid, did not need to say anything as the girl lifted it and started to mess around with the machine in an attempt to produce another, however you could see she was having problems but eventually came back with a full cup of something that couldn’t be consumed. We ate the cold burgers, I went back to the auto menu and checked the picture of what I had ordered and it clearly shows a meal, see attached picture, I don’t think that this service is good enough for an airport terminal and would give travelers a very poor impression of Northern Irish...
Read moreI really try to not leave terrible reviews and blast the staff but this time I just can’t do anything else. Ordered here around 5:10pm on Thursday 6th Feb. It took 20 minutes for my order. I said to my wife I don’t mind if it takes a little bit longer sometimes if you can tell the staff are trying but goodness me, the girl packing the orders clearly just did not care at all, (I don’t think she was wearing a name badge as I couldn’t see anything) no urgency, no rush to try and get the food out, just 0 pride in her work. All of the other staff were all over the place as well - just moping around. I used to work in hospitality so I can understand sometimes if you don’t want to be there but go and get another job or step up to the plate and pull your finger out and take pride in whatever it is that you do for a living. The icing on the cake is that another airport employee strolls to the front of the queue and asks for her “special order” which the staff then put all the paying customers orders on the back burner and make hers first!! It needs to be sorted out and all and any of the staff on that shift between 5-5:45 on the date above need a good hard talking to, as not a single one of them cared at all about what they were doing. It needs to be sorted out - it is just not acceptable to have those levels of service...
