Having been delayed in the airport in Belfast I had the misfortune of having nowhere else to buy a drink other than your Starbucks. I was told as I was served that they were closing which is fair enough (although in most airports I visit most places are open 24hrs) after buying 2 drinks I was presented with a 2ltr plastic bottle of milk and told to help myself. We were ushered out by staff closing the kiosk which is where we watched what can only be described as southerly. Staff with a very low average age attempt to complete what looked like a close down. To say it was a joke is an understatement with a complete lack of attention to detail which the only good outcome is that I wont have to spend any money in there again. The young man with the mop needs re training on how and why you bother with such a procedure having only managed to mop a stripe around the floor and completely missing where someone had pushed a dirty dust mop around in a manner that meant there was more dust floating after the procedure than before and when all the dust left behind where the pile was pushed to the lad with the mop was nowhere to be seen so they left leaving a pile of dust behind. Can I recommend that you send a mystery shopper in and maybe a trainer to train either the manager or the shift supervisor of what standards are and customer service? The 5 rating displayed on the entrance must have been for...
Read moreService was ok . Atmosphere was ok . It is located at the airport after all . Nice & relaxing while waiting for your flight. We don't usually frequent establishments like this . But we thought we'd give it a go . Purchased 2 medium cups of Tea . Unfortunately the Tea came in cardboard, not cups . The Tea was terrible. Very weak & tasteless. We were hoping for a lot more of a Tea drinking sensation . Especially after we had paid £7.20 for the privilege ! ......... I guess the moral of the story is . Don't expect good Tea from a glorified Coffee shop .... Luckily for us . We had in our possession some Irish blend Tea bags !! . Courtesy of the Ramada Hotel , Belfast..... After popping a few of them bad boys, into our £7.20 cardboard cups of dish water . We were good to go! . The dunking of our custard creams also heightened the experience !. So most thanks goes to the RAMADA HOTEL , BELFAST. Then we'd like to thank THOMPSON'S, IRISH TEA BLEND T bags ......Finally a very small thanks goes to Starbucks, for the hot water & paper cups . (Most expensive I would say though) . Ps ... If your wondering, the empty muffin wrapper was courtesy of Marks&Sparks . Belfast. Very nice it...
Read moreI ordered 2 Lattes, one with Oat milk (I have lactose intolerance) and one regular milk for my father. On one cup had Oat milk written on it so I drank this one as the other cup was blank. Unfortunately the cup that said oat milk was semi skimmed. I made the staff aware of this at first to which their response was âOkayâ and walked away from me. After experiencing the side effects with the incorrect drink, I approached the staff again and asked for the manager, to which the member of staff didnât know who they were. When I got a member of staff to listen, they provided a full refund to my whole order which was very kind of them. However, another member of staff made me aware that when more than one drink is ordered, the whole order is written on one cup and whoever hands the drink to the customer specifies which is which, instead of correctly labelling the correct cup. My condition isnât as serious as others and this one simple thing could save anyone else from experience serious...
