Domino's Pizza - Coleraine — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Just ordered from dominoes, and usually have an amazing friendly and overall enjoyable experience. However, that was not the case tonight. I waited over 40 mins for my order to arrive, which I do not mind waiting. But, the delivery driver did not deliver a side which I paid extensively for, and did not believe me that it was missing, even after being shown the receipt. After getting in contact with the restaurant, they were very unhelpful and unapologetic for the disgusting service and even though this error was completely on their behalf, they demanded that I paid for the side in full cash in hand. As a college student, a takeaway is a luxury and this experience is not feasible. I am usually a very forgiving person and understand that people can make mistakes, however they took it too far this time. Big fan of pizza. Not usually a Domino's fan. However, have to say Saturday night's grub was good! We received a leaflet through our door to say it was under new ownership and a voucher code for £5 off our next collection . They also had an offer of any size pizza for £6.99. Dinner = sorted! Booked online for 7pm collection. Was about 7.15pm by the time our food was ready as it was SUPER busy! Steady stream of customers in and out. Staff were friendly. Last time I ordered from here a member is staff called and said they had no more stuffed crust and that I would get a refund. Never received the refund. Called the store and the member is staff huffed and puffed when I told him of the issue, I then asked to speak to a manger as he was being very rude.
