Domino's Pizza - Derry - Londonderry - Waterside — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Ordered food online at 9:20 I’m staying only 3/4 doors up from them so I put down for collection (and also because on the app it said it would be longer for delivery) , on the app it told me it was ready so myself and my boyfriend went to go get it. We got there and they told us it’ll be another minute or 2, which was fine whatever , a couple came in and they were in the same situation as myself. When the couple asked (after 10 minutes) how long more one of the servers told him “it’ll be another 10 minutes as we’ve to re cook your garlic bread. Bare in mind the delivery drivers were in and out with the orders. So then we asked about ours they said it’ll be another 10/15 minutes (this was just under an hour of us waiting) 2 of the ladies working there were absolutely horrible and cheeky and when the phone was ringing they ignored it. The language coming from behind the counter was ridiculous.

So after an hour my boyfriend went up and said we’re sick of it so they then apologised and offered us a refund but they’ll still give us our food AND to deliver it to our door… an hour and 40 minutes went by and no sign of them so myself and my boyfriend walked down and one of the lads working there couldn’t believe that we still didn’t get our food.. and once again we got told it’ll be another few seconds.

We then eventually got our food.

But no I will never ever be ordering from there ever again , between the situation with the food and the rudeness from the staff it’s a disgrace I honestly don’t know how the place...

Didnt deliver for over an hour. When we called they said it was on the way. They then said another 30 mins later it wasnt delivered because nobody answered the door. They apparantly have covid free delivery, but we couldn't stand by the door waiting for 90 mins for a knock. When I rang back again they sent back the cold food from 2 hours previous. They also sent the wrong type of coke. Worst experience I've ever had apart from the last time I was overcharged 10 cokes they told me I had. Had to go down and complain twice before getting the 20...

Bt47 store id say 90% of the time get the order wrong. Missing toppings what you pay extra for and simple things on get drinks wrong. Its so frustrating as we normally have ppl round at weekend and it us us that order the food . And soooooo frustrating when our friends dont get what they order.

Best part is when you call the store and its made like your not telling the truth about your order. Enough is enough Some thing needs to...
