Order didn't arrive at all, had 0 communication about this until I decided to phone up to check almost 2 hours after I ordered. They told me to "hold on as it'll arrive soon". Then called back after ANOTHER 20 mins to tell me I am NOT actually getting my order. AWFUL service all round.

A week later I realised I wasn't even refunded. Had to phone them multiple times to try to get back my money back and even then they told me to message a Facebook chat. Then the person in that chat said they had left a note for the restaurant to sort it???? Absolute nightmare process. There was not even as much as an apology on their end and 0 communication when I got my money back.

Used to love this place and seen I actually left a 5 star review of this place 7 years ago. It has genuinely gone to the dogs now. Don't waste your time or money here.

I phoned and spoke to a very nice young man. To let him know that the pizza we ordered the pepperoni was burnt black he said they had changed suppliers. but my son has informed me that the pizza was not cooked properly the garlic bread pizza that was ordered was burnt the dough balls the pepperoni was burnt the only thing that he could eat from our order was mozzarella balls. £21.50 for mozzarella balls. And we eat from four star very regularly and when the young man went to get the manager for me to speak to the manager would not come to the phone and said he would ring me back in 5-minutes...
