Worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. To start when in drive thru I drove to 2nd station as the 1st already had a car which was fine until I had sat there for a couple minutes and another car got served on the 1st station before me.
After ordering, paid with no issue and then drove to the next window, handed my drinks with no words or eye contact. At first I thought it was just very busy but waited on order for 5 mins with not even a word spoke to me to even say sorry for the wait.
Finally got my food, once again nothing from guy on the window. Didn't even get to ask if the sweet and sour dip was in the bag. Just drove away because it was such terrible service.
Parked up and realised there was no dip in bag, so I decided to go back in and just get dip. The guy at the counter was very pleasant so I didn't feel like complaining. Drove away again to find out they gave me the wrong drink but I was too fed up to go back and complain. The chips in both happy meals were cold but the chips for big mac meal were fresh.
Not going to say I won't be back but if it happens again I will...

Today alone, machine wouldn't print receipts, we ordered two meals & one box of mozzarella sticks. Told there were no dips left for the mozzarella sticks, mozzarella sticks were also MISSING from bag altogether, both drinks were the WRONG SIZE, there was NO CHICKEN at all in the chicken wrap, just cucumber and lettuce. Does no one ever actually check what they eventually put in the bags or do they just throw bags out to customers without even counting items in them The amount of MONEY OWED to us from WRONG or MISSING ORDERS is ridiculous & I'm sure we're not alone, as most people end up going without instead of going back because of the effort involved & the rest of the food will just end up FREEZING cold anyway I get occasional mistakes will happen, but that's not what this is THEY DO NOT CARE one bit about customer service, or lack thereof, they just take your money CONSISTENTLY THE WORST...
Read moreI am not one to complain but feel very let down by McDonalds at Bloomfield Shopping centre. I went there this evening with my wife and two young grandchildren as a treat for them. I ordered and paid for Two Happy meals another meal with fries and a milkshake and one of the Double BBQ Quarter pound burgers advertised at £4.59 on the large signs in the sales area. On receipt of the food I ended up with a cold quarter pound cheeseburger instead of the BBQ Double quarter pound burger with cheese. When I queried this with the manager I was told they have to charge what is programmed in their tills. A quarter pound burger is £4.59 and the double BBQ burger is £5.69 She said the illuminated signs had not been updated when the till charge went up and it is stated in small print in the terms and conditions . Print so small she could not show it to me.
Lesson learned give this McDonalds a miss as goods are not charged as advertised and cold when served. No apology for their misleading signage or offer to upgrade to a fresh WARM double burger. Very poor...
