We ordered on the app and went to the drive-through, but we were told to wait in the car park for 10 minutes while they were updating their system. OK, fair enough, these things happen. When we went back through the drive-through we pulled up to the speaker waited then someone pulled up to the other speaker and got asked for their order immediately, then another person pulled up to that speaker and they started getting served so we just drove round to the next window as maybe that speaker was broken. The fella at the next window took our app order no. but didn't complete the order so when we went to the next window the girl started handing us the wrong order. We told her this and told her we had an app order and what it was, she told us we hadn't paid, I told her the app pays automatically when it's put through so she had to tell the fella at the first window to complete the order. We finally get our order and drive off to eat it. Chips were like warm as was my wife's burger and instead of a normal coke it was diet. Read moreMy husband and I have enjoyed mcdonalds as a convenience and of course as a fast food chain they maintain their flavour and quality of food. But I will say there have numerous times now where we have something wrong with our order. We are creatures of habit and typically order the same thing.. well we have been served stale fries, I order the quarter pounder with cheese and every now and then I need to order it with no onions as we have a friend that's very allergic which is what we asked TODAY and when I checked my burger it was full of onions. The most common thing they mess up though is we more often than not get one of our cokes as diet which we always order classic coke which ALSO happened TODAY. I have also requested extra pickles multiple times and there's only been one time that has been done, ALSO didnt get that today. We are regulars as they are necessary at times when we are very busy, but I have become pretty frustrated at this point with the lack of attention. Read moreRang 7days prior to a birthday party and asked what needs to be organised to have a party for 9x 7year olds and they took my name and details and said it was all organised and to ring 10 mins before we arrived on the day. So double checked 1 night before party to make sure all was still ok (each time was speaking to manager) and was assured all was ok. Rang before heading to the restaurant and was told yes it's ok just come on down. Got there to be rudely told by manager they don't keep tables and don't understand why I was told that. And if there's and table there's a table etc and she wasn't sure what they could do about it. Said sorry and I was left to either Order or go as it was 'a busy saturday'. My partner nabbed 2 small tables and cleared them himself while 2 other managers and several floor staff stood and chatted Infront of the tablestand he took the cloth and spray bottle from their cleaning station and cleaned the tables himself while I kept the kids all together .Hurrendous service and attitude was stinking from the 'manager'....
