Worst service I have had in a restaurant for a long time (maybe ever). Went for my girlfriends birthday. We got there about 6:15pm on a Thursday evening. It was very busy when we got there and the girl said the wait would be about 25 minutes. I was close to leaving but thought I'd wait. We waited 30 minutes and still weren't even close to the top of the list.

At this point I'd waited so long I couldn't leave (I should have left at this point). We got shown to our seat 30 minutes later. So waited an hour. The worst part was that half the tables were empty at all times while we waited. When me and someone else that was waiting pointed this out. We were told it was because the kitchen couldn't cope with more. Not sure why as half the tables were empty. (Its not that big a Nandos, compared to others)

There was loads of staff standing around chatting while we waited so long, so they aren't under staffed.

When we went up to order, I thought the food would be out quickly as it usually is at Nandos. WRONG! Another 40 minute wait. We weren't leaving Nandos until after 8pm. So more or less 2 hours to get dinner.

You know the way they put the bird on a stick at your table, then they come ask is everything ok? then take it away? Yea they didn't do that either, the bird was there when we left.

I have been to the Nandos in Belfast many times and it is much bigger and I have queued out the door at that one. The queue moves quite quickly and every table is used and once you order, the food is out quite quickly. This is my first and will be my last time at the Nandos at...

Nandos sooo disappointed! Took my aunt for her first ever nandos and needless to say she never wants to go back! Can't blame her after waiting 1hr 30 mins for food! I understand if a restaurant is busy there may be a wait on food, but when you've been waiting 45 mins and the table that came in after you gets served then it's time to have a word. In doing so, was told by waitress be five minutes. 15 mins passed and still no food. To top it off a table that came in a good 40 mins after us gets served, then another and another! Waiting well over an hour by this stage and everyone is being served but us! Passed hungry by this stage and just wanted to go home, but my daughter who was with me was really hungry and didn't want to leave. I went up and spoke to the manger and explained the situation. Was clear to me our order had been lost. Finally hour and half after having placed our order our food was ready. We were past hungry and just ate what we could. Food wasn't great and wanted to get home. Manger came over as I was leaving and asked for my email address as wanted to send me a voucher as an apology. I said no need because in my head I honestly didn't think I'd go back. But she insisted shouldn't have happened and wanted to send me a voucher. I gave her my details and when I got home I thought well she at least she's trying make up for it and nice gesture so maybe I'll give them second chance. Several weeks have passed now and nothing! Disappointed and sadly...

This is our go to Nando’s. And this has become a little tradition for my oldest daughter- she loves Nando's & any time she wants to dine out it’s Nando’s. Last year on her 4th birthday we went there for her birthday dinner & when we went to order a brownie - with a candle- to bring to her- they never charged us & said it was on the house. Which was absolutely lovely & such a nice little touch & they played happy birthday trough speakers & honestly it was the cutest thing in the world. Today we went there for late lunch & it’s her 5th birthday & she of course informed staff that it’s her birthday (she’s been telling people all day long 🤣) and when we were nearly finished with our food they brought us 2 tubs for fro-yo (for birthday girl & her brother) which again- was super nice touch & honestly we appreciate it so much- as these thing means an absolute world to that little person & makes them feel so much more special. I appreciate your efforts & needless to say -we will be back , year...

This is one of the nicer nandos with lovely staff who are very helpful. Their Mac and cheese is amazing, honestly I'm not a Mac n cheese fan but I can't resist nandos! I would like there to be more salad options and dressings as i prefer salads with my chicken, but that's personal preference. Veg options are good but would like options to have with different seasonings as well as we don't like their current offerings. The chips are decent enough and the chicken is always lovely and succulent. The sharing platter is a great option as you can choose 4 different small sides which is great for variety. Bottomless drinks is also a winner for my hubby but I prefer the rubioos ice tea, it's really nice. Not fussed on the quencher drinks as extremely sugary. Got the little Portuguese pastry custard desert things thing time and omg they are awesome!!!

Delicious family dinner for 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers with 1 being vegetarian and 1 child) with starters, mains and drinks for under £70. Great healthy vegetarian options which even the non vegetarians enjoyed in the starters. Great to see a good choice for vegetarians and not the usual options. Well spaced out for covid-19 and lots of safety measures in place. Will definately return. Can't book a table so be prepared to wait at busy times. With children this is my only drawback not knowing when you will eat. We waited about 20 minutes around 6.30pm on a Thursday night. Expect would be longer at the weekend.

Flies in vinegar bottle, at least 5! Husband couldn't cut through his burger never mind bite through it, was told it Portuguese style and ment to be like that! If a knife won't go through it, teeth hardly will! we walked out and left the food, and to be honest after the flies, it wasn't where we wanted to eat! waste of money, my daughter didn't touch her food either, my pita was, well, empty basically, first and last time through the doors
